CSAS's Chris Landry installs the wind monitor on the CAIC's new Telescope/Muleshoe weather station near Red Mountain Pass, with CAIC forecasters Jerry Roberts and Mark Rikkers, and Colorado Department of Transportation staff and their helicopter pilot.
