Eric Kuhn is the General Manager of the Colorado River Water Conservation District, based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. In that capacity, Eric has been immersed in Colorado water management operations and policy and has taken a leadership role in regional discussions regarding future water supplies and how global change may affects those supplies. In conjunction with most of their sister Water Conservation Districts and Water Conservancy Districts, the CRWCD has been and remains a major supporter of the Colorado Dust-on-Snow program based at the CSAS and Eric will provide a strong voice representing those stakeholders. Through his participation on the Engineering Advisory Committee of the Upper Colorado River Compact Commission since the early 1980s, Eric has been involved in Colorado River Basin-wide and inter-state issues as well.
